Looking off of the Chapel Patio across the Rose Garden we see the South Icehouse which has been converted to a two story Caretakers Cottage. I was thankful for the privacy it afforded especially on days when a lot of visitors were teeming about the Castle. Cool and breezy in the summer and well heated in the winter it was small but very comfortable.
